Educational management and labor productivity, from a teaching perspective in the educational unit "17 de abril"

The present investigation constitutes the result of the experience as a teacher for twelve consecutive years in the MINEDUC, detecting as one of the main limitations in the teachers the lack of communication between the institutional administrative staff and the affectation in the teaching labor productivity, the management factor, It covers different aspects such as the ethics of the leader and teamwork. In this order of ideas, it is important to describe and analyze the management and work performance to achieve the objectives set during the school year.
The theme is current due to its impact on the paradigm of educational management and teacher labor productivity. For its development, a wide bibliography related to the subject was consulted and the demands posed by the administrative processes in the educational unit were taken as premises, particularly educational management and labor productivity, which are related to the ability to lead and the need to strengthen the organizational climate. The application of different scientific instruments directed in this research, through the empirical and theoretical research methods used, and the surveys allowed the objective of the research to determine the relationship between management processes and labor productivity from the teaching perspective. The feasibility assessment of the proposal was carried out and the result was that assertive communication improves labor productivity and strengthens teachers' performance, enhancing educational training, which demonstrates the relevance and impact of the research carried out in the educational context.
