Focus and Scope

The general objective of YUYAY is to work on thematic lines that reflect on and link the academic concerns of the social sciences, education, arts and humanities with the problems of their context.

All papers received must be free of editorial commitments in other books or journals in any language. The authorship of manuscripts must consider the Peer Review guidelines in accordance with the dissemination objectives detailed in the same section.

The indexed communication system Open Journal Systems (OJS and PKP) is used, with the reception of papers for digital publication in quarterly periods by issue in two volumes with a maximum of 16 articles per issue: April - June; July - September; October - December; January - March and an annual physical compilation. YUYAY's main objective is the dissemination of original and academic quality material. The scheduling of your issues and presentation methodology will depend on the number coordinations.

All of our content is freely accessible. Articles are indexed, deposited and registered in various sources, repositories and databases with the purpose of promoting and giving greater visibility to their contents. All contributions to the journal that were detailed are subject to evaluation and control of coincidences and plagiarism through the Turnitin, Ouriginal (Urkund) and Compilatio Master systems.

In addition, articles, discussions, and critical notes accepted by the Editorial Board will be submitted to double-blind external refereeing by specialists designated by the Committee ("double blind peer review" system). In all cases, the anonymity of both the author and the reviewers will be maintained. If there is a discrepancy, it will be sent to a third evaluator.
