The essay explores how implementing ChatGPT can transform the work dynamics in IT teams. It focuses on ChatGPT's advanced text comprehension and generation capabilities and its application in IT work environments. Objectives include improving productivity, collaboration, and continuous learning while addressing limitations and ethical concerns. A practical framework for integrating ChatGPT is suggested based on case studies and concrete examples. Results show that ChatGPT enhances efficiency and collaboration, but it is crucial to manage its technical and ethical limitations.
