Manual re-upload of published works and metadata validation in OJS
Dear academic community,
Warm greetings. On behalf of the Editorial Board and the Scientific Committee, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to all authors who have already received their publication certificates, and we recognize the importance of your contribution to strengthening the scientific and editorial ecosystem of our journal.
We hereby inform you that, following the server migration, the OJS system upgrade, and the corresponding technical validation of metadata, we are currently carrying out a manual re-upload process of the published works within the platform.
We wish to state clearly that no data has been lost. However, the OJS upgrade includes more rigorous editorial integrity requirements. Therefore, the system now requires mandatory validation of ORCID and other authorship information (institutional affiliation, email addresses, contribution details, among others), in accordance with international indexing, interoperability, and scientific traceability standards.
Within this framework, the re-upload and metadata normalization will be performed in an organized sequence according to the assigned DOIs, ensuring accurate alignment between:
-
editorial records,
-
metadata,
-
issued certificates, and
-
permanent identification links.
We thank you for your understanding, patience, and support while we complete this technical process, which will enhance the stability, visibility, and interoperability of the published articles.
Sincerely,
Editorial Board
Scientific Committee
